The experts also established in Meknes the road map for 2019.\nThis sixth meeting was, for the first time, partly open to the private sector with the participation of representatives of professionals from Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, and\u00a0France.\n\nTwo roundtables allowed participants to exchange on the interest of dialogue and of reinforced cooperation between the private and public sector in favor of greater transparency of the cereal markets at the service of regional and global food security.\nThe first round table showed the importance of the dialogue between all the actors of the markets in order to improve the quality and especially the availability of data making it possible to anticipate the evolution of the grain markets in the short and medium term.\nThe second round table, devoted to the wheat sector, considered the evolutions, trends, and prospects of this essential market for Mediterranean food security.\nThe next meeting of MED-Amin will take place in Spain.
