It is a real tourism Eldorado and the country\u2019s economical and technological tremendous hub.\nBlessed with perfect weather and outstanding beaches, the city is an attractive destination for anyone who has a taste for fine cuisine, fashion and architecture.\nWhat do people like about Tel Aviv?\nA vibrant city. Check. Dynamic urban population. Check. Fine restaurants. Check. In fact, Tel Aviv checks so many boxes that it becomes difficult to point out at one attraction. Maybe the sunny weather and the amazing beaches contribute in the \u201claid-back\u201d vibe you sense in the city.\nBut don\u2019t let that fool you into thinking that Tel Aviv is nothing more than a \u201cfarniente\u201d spot for lazy tourists. It is definitely something more than that. As early as the 1930\u2019s, Tel Aviv was the nest for the world famous Bauhaus design movement, which resulted in the city hosting the biggest collection of Bauhaus buildings worldwide.\nTherefore, the city was awarded the World Heritage Status in 2003 by UNESCO. Today, top architecture publications such as the Architectural Digest and Conde Nast have been dedicating specials to its architecture and describe the city as a mix of old and new. Capitalizing on its unique style and design, the city has created the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, aimed to be a reflection of the design characteristics of the metropolis.\n\u201cThe Mediterranean capital of cool\u201d\n\u201cVibrant\u201d and \u201claid back\u201d are two of the most common words you will come across when talking about Tel Aviv. The city is a melting pot of a young (and young at heart!) and international population, mixing up cultures and ideas. The result is a city that never sleeps and that has so much to offer.\nThis is what defines this incredible town. It keeps a constant balance between luxury and grunge, old and new, night and day: the Bauhaus buildings cohabitate with the 4000 year old seaport of Jaffa in perfect harmony. You\u2019ll love the fashion stores with flea markets. You\u2019ll also love the cheap (and delicious!) street food with fine dining tables. Above all, it is the distinct atmosphere that makes the city special and cool!\nVisiting the city: the essentials\nWith so many points of interest, it is hard to recommend places to visit in Tel Aviv without taking the risk of missing out on one or two amazing spots. With that said, the waterfront will inevitably be your first stop. 300 sunny days, sandy stretches and promenades make up for a perfect day in Gordon beach, Frishman beach or Banana beach.\nAs far as having a taste of history is concerned, we would certainly go for Jaffa and the Yemenite Quarter for their unique atmosphere and charm. You can also have a bite at the latter as it is brimming with fresh products that won\u2019t make a hole in your pocket!\nAt this point, you might be wondering where to shop.
