The CIHEAM has 4 Institutes based in Bari (Italy), Chania ( Greece), Montpellier (France) and Zaragoza (Spain) and a General Secretariat in Paris.\nThe missions of CIHEAM are divided into 4 pillars:\n\u2022 Zero waste, whether in terms of food, natural resources, or knowledge.\n\u2022 Sustainable farming and food systems\n\u2022 Attractive rural areas to live and work\n\u2022 Risk prevention and resolution of tensions\nThe areas of competence and action of CIHEAM-IAMM are focused on agricultural and territorial management, project engineering, public policies agricultural environmental food and rural fields. agrifood systems and agri-logistics.\n94% of the students of the IAMM are foreigners.
