The infrastructure, costing 228 million euros, will be financed through a framework agreement signed between Egypt and several European partners. These include the French Development Agency, the European Union and the European Investment Bank, among others.\n\n    \n  \n\n\n  \n    \n      \nThe plant, which will be one of the largest in the country, will be built by Vestas.
