It was built by Siemens Gamesa and was inaugurated in 2018. Its installation cost $ 350 million which was mobilized with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica).\n\n    \n  \n\n\n  \n    \n      \nThis call for tenders follows the abandonment by the NREA of the option of setting up a subsidiary to ensure the operation and maintenance of the plant. Companies interested in the project have until October 11 to submit their proposals.
