This will be the last well of the company&#8217;s drilling campaign for 2021.\n\n    \n  \n\n\n  \n    \n      \nThe new target is located about 7 km north of the producing Al Jahraa field and will test a number of stacked reservoirs. If successful, drilling, testing and completion of the well is expected to take up to 54 days from the date of the start of drilling.\n\n    \n  \n\n\n  \n    \n      \nASX-1X aims for a structure similar to the discovery with primary targets in the C and E reservoirs of Abu Roash and secondary targets in the deeper Bahariya and shallower Khoman formations.\n\n    \n  \n\n\n  \n    \n      \n\u201cThere is considerable exploration potential in the Abu Sennan license, and we are delighted to actively drill our second exploration well this year to further exploit that potential.
