A framework agreement has been signed between United Nations and the Egyptian government between the 2018 – 2022 period.

Sahar Nasr the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and International cooperation along with Richard Dictus, the UN coordinator to Egypt are willing to develop a national development plan.

Different agency from the UN will intervene into the whole economic development but also into social justice, empowerment of women, and the natural resources management. For Sahar Nasr the priority has been given to jobs creation and professional training. SME’s are in a core development for job access to women and to the Youngs.

Social justice will be held to control demographic growth, public services access, healthcare and education.
