Mubawab, the leading real estate site in Morocco, based in Casablanca, will soon have a new headquarters adapted to its ambitions. This extension comes in response to the growth of the Group. The teams will therefore integrate a new, larger and more ergonomic space to enable them to work in the best conditions.
The new offices will be 50% larger, offering a flexible working environment. In the logical continuity of its positioning as a real estate expert, Mubawab also strengthens its proximity to professionals in the sector through a 750 m2 showroom to exhibit the various real estate projects marketed by Mubawab Transaction throughout the Kingdom and spaces for the organization of events.

The year 2021 has proven to be rich in achievements. Thus, for Mubawab Transaction, a new unit launched barely two years ago and whose core business is marketing, more than 700 sales have been made with two success stories in particular: the Vistalia and Utopia projects. For the latter, more than 160 units have found buyers in barely 9 months. For Vistalia, the 200 units were marketed in less than 6 months.
After such success in Casablanca and Tangier, the group plans to open up to other cities and take charge of projects in Agadir, Rabat, Oujda and Dakhla. The internet portal part, meanwhile, records more than 1,000 customers and more than 132,000 active ads. Finally, Mubawab is launching its new unit, Mubawab Advisory, a new range of services dedicated to advising on behalf of promoters. The group now has more than 200 employees in Morocco, Tunisia and Spain and plans to create jobs. “
