The Tunisian Governorates of Tozeur, Kébili, Tataouine et Médenine will benefit from entrepreneurial training sessions dedicated to women. The programme is organized in partnership with the Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Even for women, liberalism as a way of professional self-determination is gaining ground in Tunisia. In fact, they are getting more and more interested by entrepreneurship as developing their own projects in several sectors such as industry, agriculture or new technologies.
That is the spirit in which, at least, 40 women from each governorate will be the subject of an entrepreneurial training program aiming at empowering their skills and improving their ability to manage and organize business projects on their own. Furthermore, the “Thniti” called programme will also include coaching and personalised accompanying, until the end of the implementation phase of the projects.
In order to be successful in their new entrepreneurial life, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen skills that they have already acquired, trough this programme. But for those who never had an appropriate training before, it will also be a great chance for them to initiate courses of accounting and corporate financing, advertising, networking and trade.
