Dalkia, an EDF subsidiary specialising in energy services, announces the signing of an agreement with US Chiller Services shareholders, mainly the Al Shirawi Group, for the acquisition of companies bearing the US Chiller Services brand in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and the United States.
