By the end of 2020, the Egyptian digital landscape will be enriched with six new technology parks, according to Telecom Minister Amr Talaat. Based in Minya, Menoufiya, Mansoura, Sohag, Qena and Aswan, they will be used to develop ICT innovation and entrepreneurship.

Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat said his department is about to complete the six technology parks based in the cities of Minya, Menoufiya, Mansoura, Sohag, Qena and Aswan.

The head of the telecom sector spoke on the subject on June 16, 2020 during a webinar organized in Cairo by the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham), under the theme “Digital Egypt: Liberating Power”.
