    Morocco: The National Airports Office announces the launch of works to extend and develop Dakhla airport, located in southern Morocco, to increase its reception capacity to 1 million passengers compared to 300,000 currently

    Commissioned in 2010, Dakhla Airport, designed to accommodate 300,000 passengers per year, begins by reaching full use of its capacity. The platform, which handled 257,000 passengers in 2019, according to the Moroccan Airports Office (ONDA), could be facing a capacity problem.
