Morocco wants to train and guarantee the employability of 100,000 engineers, middle managers and senior technicians in the automotive and aeronautics sectors by 2025

The EBRD financed a study carried out by the Moroccan government and employers' associations, which revealed the shortage of engineers and technicians in the country. To make up for it, the partners have just set up a training strategy.

Turkey: The city of Gaziantep will supply all its municipal buildings and infrastructure with renewable energies

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is providing a 10-year loan of € 10 million to finance five grid-connected photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 47 MW. Gaziantep is the fourth Turkish city to join the Green Cities alongside Ankara, Izmir and Istanbul.

Turkey: The Government obtains a loan of € 150 million from the EBRD for a high-speed line

This loan is intended to finance the construction of a section of the railway line that will link Istanbul to the Bulgarian border.
